On Saturday,November 15th,2008 the West Texas Region was officially recognized by the World Cup Fly commitee.
March 20th 2009 we were recognized by the NBRC.
We will be allowed to participate in the World Cup Fly 2009 and the NBRC Fall Fly 2009. Our organization is commited to taking the hobby forward in a competetive and sportsmanlike manner.

The fee for show birds is 3.00 per bird due by 11/17/09.
The auction will be held after the show. Start looking your stock over and help out some of the new guys with some quality birds and equipment.
This show will be held in conjunction with the High Plains Pigeon Association.
There will be several hundred birds to look at from different organizations like ours that make this show such a great event.
The civic center has plenty of parking and the concessions will be open. The HPPA usually has a lunch and there are several good restaurants close.
This will be a chance to show the other breeds that we`re here. Recruiting is encouraged.
Bob Anderson is going to be our judge.
I will fly a kit afterwords and Bruce and Harris could probably be talked into it too.
Lets get out and make this first show a good one.
